“La Sala in Dubai”

Project co-financed by the European Union, the Italian State and the Campania Region, as part of the POR Campania FESR 2014-2020

La Sala is the recipient of a contribution from the Campania Region for an internationalisation project called “La Sala in Dubai” funded by the POR CAMPANIA FESR 2014-2020.AXIS III. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE 3.4. ACTION 3.4.2 as part of the “Public notice for the awarding of grants aimed at financing internationalisation programmes for micro companies and SMEs in Campania, referred to in Legislative Decree no. 53 of 16/03/2018, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 131 of 11/05/2018.”

The internationalisation project that the School Institute La Sala SRL. has implemented has allowed the definition of agreements with primary schools present in the UAE foreign market and the conclusion of agreements with the purpose of exchange of students and teachers between the Italian and UAE structures.

The aim was to consolidate the international growth of the school also in order to improve the positioning of the Italian market.

The objectives of the project were achieved through the implementation of a strategy based on an internationalisation programme implemented by carrying out the following actions:

• Definition of a plan for medium-long term internationalisation;
• Definition of a communication and modernisation of communication tools plan aimed also at foreign markets (with portal pages in the language) and strengthening of online positioning (with web marketing actions and online tools);
• Definition of exchange agreements between the schools of the two countries
• Organisational improvement of school activities.
